Implementing COBIT/ISO 27000 to meet the Government of Dubai Information Security Regulation.
Client:
Dubai Media Incorporated, 3K+ employees, 7 TV stations, 2 News Papers, 2 Radio Stations, Printing Press, and Distribution Company.
Project:
Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) obtained the ISO 27001-Certificate of Information Security as a first media organization in the Middle East obtaining the world’s highest standard of quality in security and protection of information. DMI witnessed remarkable successes recently, with accelerated pace in sweeping honorable Arab and international awards and certificates.
The awarding of Dubai Media Incorporated with the highest standard certificate, placing DMI at the forefront of leadership as the first media organization in the Middle East breaking the European possession of obtaining this certificate. The new achievement goes hand in hand with the great effort attributed to the technical side in general, and the interaction with the latest information revolution, and securing it in a safe manner to prevent illegal exploitation in particular.
HE Ahmad Abdalla Al Shaikh, Managing Director of Dubai Media Incorporated received the certificate this morning from Brian Baxter, Director of Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited - UAE, in the presence of Faisal Abdalla, DMI’s CEO of Corporate Support, Ahmed Al Shaer, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, and Abbas Zain Quality Auditor of Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Limited, along with a number of officials from both sides.

Purpose:
Automating the Corporate Strategy Process and link it with the Employee performance system
Client:

Project:
The corporate strategy monitoring system is not only helpful to report the status of the corporate strategy but it’s also cascading the strategy objectives to department, sections down to employee levels which will insure that the strategy objectives are cascaded to the corporate different levels.
The system will track the status of the strategic objectives 360 degrees.
The Strategy is linked to the individual employee objectives and that will linked the inter corporate efforts to the strategy allowing high level of alignment with the corporate strategy and will elements efforts that are not in line with the business objectives.
The Employee appraisal process is going to be automated and this will help reduce time consumed to perform employee appraisal, ensure that the appraisal is automated will increase the transparency and the employee satisfaction.
